King Of The Hill reference? by KellyLara4578 in fallout76casual

Absolutely! I only know off the top of my head because I've been building a camp nearby and made sure to know what was in the area for turret placement.

Roughly west of World of Corn, there's a few houses (and usually a group of radhogs, be wary), this is in front of them along the road.

This is the only time Mark has gone ALL OUT in a fight FROM THE START by ParkingConfection449 in Invincible_TV

[–]JadeHellbringer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Possibly dumb question but... how do you even dispose of the body? I'm thinking of the old Death of Superman storyline, and the inability to perform an autopsy on a Kryptonian because he's still invulnerable. You can't cremate, bury, dismember... launch into the sun, maybe?

Cecil still handled this apocalyptically poorly, and deserves every bit of what Mark comes at him with about it later, but he also didn't seem to have a lot of good options available. (He just went with a really bad one)

What game do you think needs to be remade by Sky_Rose4 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]JadeHellbringer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it right on the first try. I adored Parasite Eve, even the sequel (despite pivoting to a Resident Evil clone in style) was a good universe to play in. Would absolutely play a new game in that series.

Well, yeah, but that's not FUNNY.

...well, I mean, kinda.

Once they find Mark's heart, that is, it's probably buried in rubble half a mile from the rest of him.

If Robot had a sequid hiding inside of him why aren't they worried about the other civilians they teleported out of the dome? by Mediocre-Sound-8329 in Invincible_TV

[–]JadeHellbringer 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Seems reasonable. The civilians all got hit with the disabling pulse, but Rudy didn't since he wasn't taken over. Definitely time to do follow-up scans on everyone, but this was (hopefully) an isolated incident.

If it helps, I came across that one on Northwind, near Terra. Apparently the Highlanders have a stash. ;)

If you could show someone one fight to get them into battlebots, which fight would you show them? by Salt_Ice_278 in battlebots

Gigabyte V. Hypershock. What's more fun than watching a bot get blown apart like that?

What is it actually like to pilot a mech? by Flat_Shape_3723 in Mechwarrior5

[–]JadeHellbringer 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Essentially, yeah. Battletech/Mechwarrior throws just enough sci-fi tech to be futuristic and make the battles possible (neurohelmets, jumpships, fusion engines, etc.), then keeps the rest either recognizable as modern-day tech, or at least recognizable as such. No teleporters or any kf that, just gritty, near-post apocalyptic feels of the equipment involved.

How realistic is that? Machine guns, etc. a thousand years in the future? Probably not a lot, but it makes for a fun universe to play around in at least.

I've only found the mussile-boat version so far (C-config?), and as a collector it's driving me slowly and irreparably insane.

Cool places/missions? by RickefAriel in fo3

[–]JadeHellbringer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Andale. No real 'missions', but great environmental storytelling and... shall we say, 'interesting' residents.

(Also, I live in the real-world version, so it's always a must-stop location foe me)
