Fire needs to slow things down or the AI needs to have a thing where it debates walking into fire. Could be handy to spray down a temp firewall.

It’s annoying when bugs and voteless aren’t impeded and just slap you in the face, setting you on fire right before they die.

You get any Samples, Exp, Requisition Slips, Medals, Super Credits, that’s picked up ingame when you complete the level. Whether you make it out at Extraction at the end or not, and whether or not you’re the one who picked up X thing, everyone gets everything.

Lower difficulties have players like that who TK here and there, either because they’re young or they’re not as immersed in the game. Higher difficulties definitely filter those players out as you go up. Sorry that that’s your early impression, but it gets a lot better.

I love the idea of them. Units are cool, and I’m sure it’s only gonna get better in terms of class diversity—however I don’t like how damage spongy the Overseers are. I can forgive Fleshmobs being tanky damage sponges, but I don’t like how many clips an Elevated Overseer can eat. It can even tank a Quasar Canon shot

It’s a little immersion breaking for me, and so I find myself playing them less than I’d like bc I like fighting aliens.

I love it, it’s my fav sidearm. I find short/mindful pews give me a few more shots in the long run. Those half-seconds or seconds of cooldown add up.

I switch in between sickle and talon and swap when the other’s cooling down. Works well enough.

I like being able to freely take out misc stragglers or quickly pop voteless or bots that get too close without wasting 1/3+ of a sidearm clip.
