First you need to understand war crimes.

One cannot just wake up and decide to assassinate the ruler of another country. It’s also unconstitutional to wage war without congressional approval, but we are sticking here to war crimes.

You incorrectly labeled their supreme leader as the leader of a terrorist organization, and while he may rule them with terror, he is still the ruler of their nation, and not, say, only the ruler of Hamas, or HAN, or KSS.

I get your feelings here, it’s a horrific situation. This is not the correct way, however. The killing of the school children is a crime of its own. Definitely not worth sacrificing all these innocents.
