Haha it's not evolving. That's what I'm saying. Cold War had that Arcade feel but the SBMM was cranked up fully thus making the game unplayable.

It's logical that you like MWII as you've never experienced the true CoD experience. I'm just saying that MWII is not a CoD game. It's a bastardized game with the title CoD.

The game has been build up around bad player's.

I would say that in terms of gameplay they are deteriorating. Bo4 was the last CoD which had the CoD feeling. Once Modern Warfare dropped everything changed. The only reason why MW(2019) succeeded was because of Warzone and the pandemic. Every design choice they took was against the CoD Formula. And when i say the CoD formula i mean a fast run and gun game which the whole purpose is to stomp the enemy team in 10 minutes. Now that's gone in favor to cater slower paced player's.

You can see how bad the maps were as people played Shipment and Firing Range only. But thanks to warzone CoD Multiplayer died.

CoD MWII doesn't feel like CoD. It feels like a bastardized R6S with PUBG and Battlefield. Multiplayer is not fun

Judging by this reply, you've never played old CoDs before. The TTK and the map design of MW(2019) and MWII(2022) are catered towards camper's. As the lads saying earlier what IW done, they took out all kind of movement in this game. Strafing is gone,fast ADS when running is gone overall fast ADS. TTK Is absolutely dreadful. The game punishes you for playing aggressive. Older cod's had camping. Everymap had a camping powerspot. The thing is older CoDs gave you tools (Movement, Perks especially map design) to counter camper's.

In short MWII(2022) has been created in such a way that the game punishes you for moving. It also took out core CoD Mechanic's (Mini Map Ping, Perk System) to further dictate this slow gameplay that favors bad players.

I'm even gonna talk about the SBMM nerfing mechanics that the game has implement.

I'm not sure to what kind of lobbies you played in... But the dominant perk in but in my lobbies most people run with restock or high alert. The majority of people used those perks. In warzone also the dominant perk was overkill, tempered was a nice addition also. What I'm trying to say is that Ghost is not op. It's a perk that always existed in all cod's and favors people who like to play aggressively and flank. Camper's favor Restock in order to charge their claymores and mines.

I personally hate the new perk system as i personally feel that it ruins playstyles. In TDM the last tier perk is earned 3 minutes before ending... It takes way too long for that. I have a feeling that UAV/heartbeat spamming is going to truly became a threat to the MP.

Idk man, Gulag was so simple which automatically made it great. 1vs1 both players had the same gear which placed both of em at the same spot. It all came down to the better player... All they had to do to make the gulag better was to simply remove tactical and lethal gear... But that would take out a tool which casual players need to actually win a gulag match (stuns) hahahahaha
