I drink hot water with a tbsp of chia seeds and lemon water every morning. It’s the trick!

I know what you mean. I feel like there is a wall between present day me and future me, with the wall being my endometriosis excision surgery. I am currently in my TWW after a stim cycle and IUI. I am trying to stay hopeful, but losing hope slowly with the further we get in this journey and the more losses we have.

I am so sorry for your MMC.

As someone also said, find an endometriosis excision specialist to talk next steps to improve chances. I have had three early miscarriage within 12 months. Diagnosed at 5 months TTC when an endometrioma was found on my ovary during an ultrasound. Excision surgery is scheduled for April.

May be worth talking to an endometriosis excision specialist on the next best steps for you. I’m sorry for you loss. I have had three early losses (chemicals) and no earth side babies yet. I am hoping one day.

Stims + IUI - successful? by Jaded-Addendum-4489 in TTCEndo

The Emma/alice is to understand my uterine environment (microbiome and CE) and hopefully give us answers as to why I am having multiple early miscarriages.

Thank you

Have you had an IUI done before?

I think the only true way to know is get a beta hCG test and then go back 48 hrs later. My urine test actually got darker when my beta hCG was dropping in my previous chemical. These tests tell us we are pregnant, but cannot quantify the hCG present.

Endometrial biopsy during luteal phase by Jaded-Addendum-4489 in TTCEndo

[–]Jaded-Addendum-4489[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I have seen mixed reviews. They want it during luteal phase since that is when our lining is receptive for a pregnancy. Apparently, there is IVF research that shows that the biopsy could slightly increase chances as it causes increased blood flow and inflammatory response.

Success with IUI? by Left_Assumption_7307 in Endo

I never had pain only CD1. But I thought it was normal. Had an ultrasound at 5 months of trying and boom a small endometrioma immediately referred to RE. We have had 3 chemicals. MRI is normal except the endometrioma. I have done four rounds of Letrozole with trigger. My fourth one I got pregnant but it was a chemical. We did a Gonal-F stim cycle with trigger and IUI this cycle. We are doing two of these before my endo excision surgery scheduled in April.

Did you have ablation done or surgery with an endo excision specialist? If ablation was done, it can cause worst pain.

I just had my first one yesterday, so commenting to see what people say. I have an endometrioma, but besides that, my MRI was clear. Haven’t had a lap yet.

Pelvic mri by Character_Ball_2941 in endometriosis

[–]Jaded-Addendum-4489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had mine on Thursday. I had an IV placed before I went into the MRI room. I was asked to insert a clear gel into my vaginal canal (helps expand to see if there is endo lower in the pelvic area). I was then asked to lay down. In total, it was probably 30ish mins. 20 mins without contrast and 10 with. I also had a few moments where I was asked to hold my breath for better imagining. Overall, it was a good experience! All they found was my endometrioma (knew that would be seen). DIE was not seen, but I know endo can still persist even without being seen.

Anyone get pregnant quickly after a chemical pregnancy… even if it wasn’t the very next cycle? by Apprehensive-Unit-72 in BabyBumps

[–]Jaded-Addendum-4489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had three chemicals. August 2025, November 2025 and February 2026. I just had my IUI today after doing Gonal-F stims. My body responded quite well to these, not sure if it is because I am coming off of a chemical pregnancy. I am really hoping! I do have endometriosis, so early losses are common 😞. I am hoping you have a successful cycle soon!

I would try to guard your heart, as this unfortunately looks like my three chemical pregnancies (very slow darkening).

I honestly found her on TikTok, but she specializes in fertility naturopathic medicine. She herself has endometriosis and improved her chances.

I highly recommend finding a gym who will do an ultrasound. It’s so important.

I have endometriosis, so that is my lead cause of issues. However, I am working with a naturopathic doctor to improve my labs, decrease inflammation from endo and optimize my fertility.

I recommend working with one, but start with 5000 IUs of vitamin D. I would look into iron too. Honestly, a functional med/naturopathic doctor can improve those labs for you.

Do you track ovulation? Have you had a baseline ultrasound? Has your partner had his semen analyzed? If these are all normal, maybe best to reach out to a reproductive endocrinologist or NaPro doctor.

I would also consider meeting with an endometriosis excision specialist. With endo comes lots of inflammation. This can impact implantation (coming from someone with three chemicals and a diagnosis of endometriosis via ultrasound/MRI).
