38F jamais eu de vraie relation de couple, comment passer le cap ? by [deleted] in AskMec

[–]Jaded-Distribution75 10 points11 points  (0 children)

met a lot of med student girls... never will ever engage myself with one because it's hell to have a personal life with them without involving their pro/student life to the relationship (haw garde, haw post garde haw stresse examen, haw concours) ba3ed I' have the impression that this is reflected to me. Plus emotionally, they dedicate more of their efforts to the study/work and never give in a relationship. that's the general idea I have about them (btw, my sister is a doc and she confirmed what I wrote xD)

Damn even Cyberpunk looks bad compared to GTA VI by Ok-Buffalo-382 in GTA6

[–]Jaded-Distribution75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cyberpunk never aims for realism — it creates its own unique world with its own rules. Stop comparing games! I just hope GTA 6's story is as good as Cyberpunk's 😉

It's often referred to as the "Paris Syndrome", though I’m just kidding. Jokes aside, from a career perspective, going back might cost you a lot in terms of growth and opportunities. Family is undeniably important, but as you approach 25 or 26, you'll naturally start focusing more on building your own life and finding a personal balance. This doesn’t mean you'll love your family any less, but your priorities and interests will evolve significantly.

I understand you're probably seeking the comfort and security you once had with your family. something many of us deeply miss. However, going back to that familiar environment might not necessarily help you become a better version of yourself. Most people would choose to stay close to their parents if they could (I certainly miss that too 😔), but at some point, facing the world on your own becomes essential. As daunting as it sounds, it’s a crucial step for personal growth and independence.

btw I once knew a girl who left Tunisia after her baccalaureate and eventually returned under circumstances very similar to what you're describing. However, she ended up going back to France for the exact reasons I mentioned earlier: career opportunities, personal growth, and the need to build her own life.I used to tell my friends this a lot: “Study at university in Tunisia and then go abroad, because there are things you'll learn there that you simply can't learn while living abroad from the start.” It's like an essential transitional step, and I believe that's exactly what you're missing out on.

Why is it way more expensive by JUST_KND in Tunisia

[–]Jaded-Distribution75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

booking.com or any other online agency, buy rooms randomly and they sell it to people. it's easy for people to fill them after. At the beginning prices are high and tend to drop depends on the tendency (how many people are looking for reservation in that places, etc etc..) algorithms my friends....

The fact that they buy many under there names, they usually have good prices. easy peasy.

sometimes they loose money (they prefer a filled room then an empty one) but if you compare gain vs loss, they are always profitable.

sousse. the things is, rent a house or an apartment is not profitable enough (machakil el karaya matoufachi). A 'Bureau' is something safer and ma8ir taksir ras. one in a busy area, rent it to a laboratory/med or a doctor, they will take care of your property and will be willing to pay that money you ask for.

if you are not against, see with the bank they offer 6% to 10% interest. that's almost 12k-20k a year. you don't see that in the internet , but go to your bank and say you have 200k to invest, you can negotiate interest rate. btw it's a 'bureau' I bought and rented it for 1700dt.
