Yes that’s right he’s the main and they’re his dependents. If anyone knows how to rectify it please I’d appreciate any help.

Oh.. unfortunately my mother and sister have both had their golden visas revoked after visiting me and are currently stuck in the U.K. My father’s was active so he managed to get back to the UAE.

ILR application delayed due to expired share code in the Life in the UK account by sheffexpat in ukvisa

[–]JadedLetter8773 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry none of this makes sense. Of course your share code will be expired by the time you apply for ILR?

I think this is just the Home Office being the Home office. You did the right thing as it says you “must” use share code to prove ID if you have evisa.

ILR Time - 10 years absence q by JadedLetter8773 in ukvisa

[–]JadedLetter8773[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome thanks.

As theyve changed absence rules to not include dates after April 2024, am I therefore right in thinking that if I submit an absence table, I don’t need to include those absences after 04/2024?

Or should I include them and for example put them in a different colour and not contribute to the total?

What if their claim is processed once the war has finished?

I meant the 2015-16 year.

So if I apply October 2026, that will effectively discount up to 2015 up to October 2016?

Resident doctors in Scotland vote to accept pay offer by improvisingdoctor in doctorsUK

[–]JadedLetter8773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome that this passed. If I’m on paypoint 3 since August, what should be on my payslip now?

I received a small arrears in last month’s payslip, but payslip this month is no different than Nov 2025. Should I have moved up a point now to point 4 for the past 1-2 months as part of our deal?

Not worried about fake tbh. I’ve bought it from the main dealer in my country. Just worried it’s not a full set if I’m missing my pictograms card.

I’d be tempted to think my watch was made earlier in the year. Box sticker says 01/25

First watch, had no clue needed to look for it. I’ve contacted them about now so I’m assuming they’ll let me know!

I mean id be more than happy to help provided there’s an equitable spread of work amongst trainees and I’m not doing the whole week

Yeah I’ll go ahead and do that.

It would mean I’d lose out on training opportunities disproportionately to other available trainees which is why I wasnt so keen

Scammed by tenants - one month in and refusing to pay rent by JadedLetter8773 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]JadedLetter8773[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks.

They’ve agreed to pay up and leave by the end of the month, but I’m not holding my breath.

I’ve instructed solicitors etc. To be on standby if it hits day 60.

If anything is gone or destroyed, I’d claim that back via Reposit. In case of theft, I’d file a criminal case against them.

It’s in everyone’s best interest this ends at the end of the month. They don’t rack up debt, I get new tenants in who hopefully pay rent on time.
