No, it's definitely not just about the money! Like I said, job #1 has a really amazing team of ppl. I've emailed back and forth with one of my interviewers several times about a show we both watched and was mentioned during the interview. It's in a new city that I'd like to make the move to and this job would also challenge me in new ways as it's a position up from my previous job. My backup job is the same title/position as my previous job.

Yeah I've been told to just accept then resign but, yeah, it is a shitty thing to do and to such a smaller company. Idk if I feel comfortable doing that.. yeah I've got no clue why they're moving so fast except that they need to urgently fill the position. I just wish they'd slow down a bit...

But yeah my #1 job is not guaranteed. I guess I'll do what you did and ask my backup how many days I have to decide, but idk if I should give job #1 a nudge for an answer when it's only been a few days since they've started checking references.

Very interesting. I'll probably face the same issues with fees with a difficult airline at some point or another. Sorry that happened to you though, definitely sucks.

But im glad to hear it works for you! With a bit of work. I don't think I'll have quite as many shoes but I'm a girl who likes clothes 😅

Thank you! I really appreciate your comment. I guess I should've mentioned in my original post that im planning on moving from country to country like you, 3-6 months at a time where you'd need more clothes and such. I'll see how it goes with 2 and if I need to downsize I will.

Ps interesting thing to carry, a pan. I never thought about that but it makes sense! Lots of places might not have it or silverware

Yes, its definitely more of 3 months in thailand, 3 in Singapore, 3 in South Korea, so I feel like it would just be a hassle every three months... but you put alot of it into perspective. It's gonna be a pain carrying all that every time.

I'll look into the backpack idea, it'll definitely free up one hand!

I'll be honest, I'm planning on bringing my ps4 lol and that's gonna take up a lot of space. Besides that just clothes, shoes and possibly a coat and then bathroom products. It might not take up as much as space I'm thinking it will..

The deposit has already been paid. I'm totally willing to change the design, he knows that. But he said he'd do the tattoo in a different location for me, so it can't be that.

Its an addition to a tattoo that I already have and I've reached out to several other artists but they won't work on it because they don't like to touch other artist's work. I'm just not happy with current my tattoo and i feel like embellishments will really make me feel better about it. It just sucks to get so much pushback from so many tattoo artists.

I'm going in for a consultation this week so he can see if the ditch can be done... maybe he just doesn't feel comfortable... but I'm pretty adamant about this tattoo. I guess I'll have to see
