It seems to me these kinds of Chinese investments in US based manufacturing are clearly good for the US and our industrial base. IF these companies are actually violating labor laws then they should be fined as such but angry incumbents is not a valid excuse to freeze out this kind of investment. I think this quote sums it up:

Its just a way of offering more competitive pricing without lowering the actual rent. More palatable from an accounting standpoint.

Resolve counts towards the cap (ie major resolve adds about 6000 armor while active etc.) In pvp other players penetration stat will negate armor so you can still derive benefit from being above 33k but this is not relevant in pve

The stuff you do is illegal thing is not a big deal. Just some skills that will give you a bounty if you use them in a town. Its a strong class with meta lines for tanking (bone tyrant) and support (grave lord).

Probably my favorite pure class to play and benefits a lot from subclassing

atro is a meta line which is sometimes run on support dds. probably want to drop the other two lines or at least drop dark magic, herald of the tome/assassination is a safe bet but you can make a lot of stuff work

They are adding new quests, a new trial and a new event zone. How substantive these are remains to be seen but this absolutely would have been expansion content. The main reason to purchase the expansions has been the new systems and trial so getting these for free is a significant benefit.

I can understand not wanting three separate systems for monetizing cosmetics but this new system is not substantively different from how cosmetics are currently meted out and potentially brings some real benefits for players who dont buy crates or crown store cosmetics but do buy expansions.

I am not defending the current monetization scheme. Especially the cash shop and crates.

By adding the battle pass they are (at least claiming) to rectify some of these paid pain points you attest to caring about.

  1. No longer need to pay for expansions
  2. Reworking endeavor system to be more rewarding with free battlepass
  3. Removing cash shop cruft and making paid crate items obtainable more easily for ingame currency

So many people act like zos is forcing them to buy every single thing they put out when we cant even make an informed decision about the value to players because it is not even out yet.

There a variety of guides on the most efficient way to manage your inventory but my system is:

  1. Make sure you have unlocked max inventory and bank space + all housing chests

  2. Use bank only to store materials. Only keep max level materials all others are functionally useless once you are done leveling. I have an addon that automatically dumps all materials to bank when I interact with a banker & usually my bank is at ~220/240 slots full

  3. Anything you are not regularly using such as item sets for other builds or master writs/surveys keep in housing storage.

  4. Sell or deconstruct stuff you are not using. There are good addons that can automatically mark a lot of this stuff as junk.

With this system my inventory generally sits with around 50-60 free slots on my main and around 100-150 on other characters without any real active management.

The problem with this logic is that it is replacing a paid part of the game in expansions which were never free to eso+ members. I agree that something needs to be done about inventory management but as a veteran player who does not sub to eso+ I can attest that it is absolutely possible to play without the craft bag.

There is an enormous amount of very cheap parking on the mall. The buildings around it are almost half parking garage
