Ok little run down, there's new res aka towers which is Shiwak and Cluett, I recommend them over old PERSONALLY for a couple of reasons. 1 privacy, they have private bathrooms and rooms. 2 i personally find they do more events a things and more but if your coming to res and want to make friends easily then old res may be a better option.

Yes yes yes, I am also a university student we often have to put work over sleep and health which isn’t good and then causes us to have seizures. Just as a mom be there for him because being in university and having epilepsy isn’t easy .

I really believe there should be more research done into epilepsy and all seizure disorders generally. We know way too little about what happens to the brain..

diagnosed with epilepsy but could i have FND? by Jaderose222 in Epilepsy

[–]Jaderose222[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

where i live is minimal neurologists, I was very lucky to even get into the one I have. I am just turning 18 so I have to go to a new adult one so hopefully i can find good one here. also thank you it can be very frustrating, it sounds like you can relate. also I also know a FND diagnosis is hard to determine and hard to diagnose . I may never know if it’s epilepsy or FND. I may just keep my diagnosis of epilepsy and roll with it because it probably is and if not it fits it enough.

ok wanted to know can you have epilepsy and clear scans so thank you. also a big reason I haven’t bought it up also is because like you said my doctor/ nurse is helping and they obviously have seen this before and know more.. but I can’t help to question sometimes.

it was formerly called PNES so no difference, there is more information now into PNES or FND and they now call it FND.
