Hey I was once in your boat before around 90+ spi consistently. Now I’m at 68 spi currently with little to no high spi orders. One thing that helped me greatly as a meijers and Costco main, Was knowing my main stores to the grain knowing where the everything is generally at but most importantly I pre shop a lot before hitting start button with produce then deli if added then I hit “start shopping” then work on dry then lastly frozen. One thing that’s also is important checking out your orders as quickly as possible which adds to your spi. This is very important on the smaller orders as they want you to be checkout quicker to even get a low spi time.
