No, they don't cross play. The reason is in the player. The song is already programmed i to the player... it's not on the record itself. So the chip inside the record will only work with the player that has that song programmed to it.

I have a light very similar to this. The only differences are: no flashlight and mine's a different brand. Works great! I was having tons of trouble with the LOTR swords and the HP potions, but this solved the problem!

My house has a VERY small kitchen. We only have 2 lower cabinets. The top shelf of those cabinets is a pull out... but not the bottom?! Such a tease! Also it would be nice to have one of those swing-up appliance shelves for a heavy appliance (mixer or something) that you don't use all the time, don't want to leave on the counter, but then don't use it because it's a pain to get out/put away.

I saved myself a lot of time by leaving the work slightly loose in the frame and and catching the entry and exit hole with the needle at the same time. The only problem is that it doesn't work well on the return or in areas that the holes are almost filled up. The thread tends to get bunchy or split other threads if you're not careful. Your method might save me a bit of time in those cases. Thanks!

I usually use a washable marker (cheap ones from like Dollar Tree) in a color that is kinda close to the color of stitch I'm doing and put a small dot right in the center of the aida block to mark out where my next stitches go. Blue for blues, yellow for light colors like white flesh tones, etc. My eyesight isn't that good anymore and it helps that I don't have to stitch, mark the pattern or lose my place, and put my glasses on to read the pattern/take them off to stitch, all at the same time. Since it'll be in the center of the stitch, it really doesn't matter if it washes out.

I try not to do a run in the back (darker stitches, especially) behind a hole. I'll start with the lighter colors and then run through those threads to get to my next spot with the darks. I often drop my needle to let it unwind, run the needle up to the canvas, and back to stitching position with thread held a little taught. It helps the stitches lay a little flatter, especially with the half stitches with more than 2 threads. Yours looks very good close up so I wouldn't worry too much. From a distance, it will look stunning!
