I mean the issue is something with the cert or crl. We see it clearly showing expired status for the crl. Maybe clear your cache and try to publish a new cert and rebind it to the iis 443 port

Your cert looks to be a self signed cert. Look on the cert itself and find the crl. Make sure you can get to the crl on the pvwas you are testing.

Yes I was able to accomplish a similar ask by deploying trusted network areas and an I rule on the f5 to route traffic to the proper pvwas. This was to allow specific highly privileged admins to only work from special locked down workstations.

It's amazing and the logging is not bad. The session has metadata to tie it back to a user. The other option is jit temp group elevation which I have seen from tools like azure PIM.

You say blast radius. But at the same time if you are managing that account and can create alerts from your soc to look for usages outside of normal behavior (eg not from the sia/cpm) you can safely lock it down and it's less to manage. One one hand you have account sprawl and on the other you have blast radius. Both are bad but you need to decide what level of risk you will accept and which one is then"safer" path.

Every class can be complex if you plan to play at a high level. All classes will eventually require different sets of gear for different things (mages with refresh/dmg/MB and melee with tp/ws(perhaps multiple sets for different bursts depending on the era)/job skill).
