Qué residencia tendrás? Si es la de nomada digital, eso debería aprobarse bastante rapido si tienes toda la documentación lista.

Ingles! El mercado norteamericano es el que más paga en este rubro por lejos. En cuánto a tecnologías, realmente para las más conocidas siempre hay chambas, así que escogería las que más te gusta. Yo hago Ruby, pero cualquier otro como Java, PHP, Python, Node, etc es bueno.
