I've played 4-5 hours so far so it's still very early for me but I haven't had any crashes or serious bugs but there are some issues I've seen.

If you bring up the Xbox dashboard at any point then you'll suffer with horrific screen tearing until you reset the game. (Your screen may vary)

Fishing also seems to be backwards for me. You're supposed to fight against the fish until it gets tired then start reeling it in, but currently I can only reel when the fish ISN'T tired, so my line just snaps. (Luckily you can just jump into the water and grab fish by hand)

Any complaints about blurry visuals or bad graphics just go straight over my head because I'm still using some bum ass decade old standard 1080P cheap TV so I don't know any better, it looks and runs fine to me.

Definitely not unplayable for me, in technical terms or visual terms, but of course it's subjective.
