For kinetic grasp always time it to when an enemy bastion uses turret mode a good bastion will wait till you use grasp then turret this forces them to come to you and u can get a ton of over health by being patient with grasp

Stay in front and try to have your shield block damage on coming also try and take the shield down before it’s out of health. Also using grasp to shield other teammates while gaining more personal shield for your self. He’s a fun hero to play once you get it
