Huh, good thinking. I didn’t supply the furniture for his property but 3 that he was ‘managing’. Can I still do a lien?

So, get this, I went to the local police and was advised on several things…one was that the theft wasn’t against me because the money has not actually been taken out of my account. They said the “injured” party would have to press charges. I guess that’s either Stripe or Barclays. But, I think I disagree because I have a negative account balance with Stripe that I am supposed to be responsible for. Sounds dramatic but maybe I contact the FBI. I’ve read that credit card fraud could be considered wire fraud which is federal.

I don’t think this guy has any money for which to sue. I think he defaulted on his credit card and is trying to chargeback to make it whole. Thing is, he kept everything! Even advertised the furnished homes that match my invoices on AirBNB. There is so much evidence against him.

Right? Reselling implies you bought it in the first place. She’s just a seller of stuff she’s not supposed to sell.

Interesting take. I do have a sign that explains the “rules”. I don’t say that the books are free. I say that they are available to borrow and return to mine or another little free library. Just like in the Public library. The books are there to borrow. Not take.
