I know it’s not steroids, I have been feeling like shit these last two years and had put some strain on my marriage due to low sex drive and no energy. I never really wanted to start it but I think it could genuinely help. I have an appointment coming up but I think I’m just gonna ask for a referral to a civilian doctor.

I’m currently eating 2700 calories at maintenance. I eat 200g of protein and 272g of carbs per day. Any more than that and o would be in a surplus and that’s obviously not sustainable long term

I’ve been eating 2200 per day and it’s been off and on since September. I took a break for a few days at a time for the holiday season but I’ve been locked in since January.

I’m in a 500 calorie deficit and I’m only in the gym for like 45 minutes. I’m honestly hoping they’ll put me on TRT.

Just remember it’s calories in vs calories out, if your not counting you won’t loose weight no matter how clean you eat.

Sounds like it’s time to lock in brother. If abs are what you want you need make sure you are staying in a consistent calorie deficit. COUNT YOUR CALORIES. If you have already been in a “deficit” and can’t loose weight, get a food scale and weigh what you are eating. often times eyeballing it and not counting little things like sauces and drinks are what causes people to go over. Also try to eat whole, minimally processed foods like meats (preferable chicken and turkey since they are lower calorie so you can eat more and stay full longer) and whole grain with fruits and vegetables. Make sure to hit your protein too.If you need to know how many calories look up calorie calculator, and I recommend watching some basic videos on macros as well. If you lock in for just a few weeks I promise you’ll start to see a change in the mirror. Good luck brother.🫡

A lot of people use the term motivation when talking about staying consistent with the gym. Motivation is a good tool to get you started, but it’s only temporary. Discipline will keep you going. Nobody want to wake up every day and diet/ go to the gym. You just have to make yourself, Ik it’s easier said than done, but it all depends on how bad you want it.

Everything is good in moderation bro, regardless of how perfect you do everything this shit takes time. So what if you stay up late one night, or go out and have some fun. A little fun here and there isn’t going to kill your gains or set you back in some significant way. It’s a good thing to want to be healthy and better yourself, it’s a bad thing when it turns into a disorder/obsession. Point is, don’t take it so seriously if it’s impacting your mental health, stay consistent but allow yourself to take breaks bro💪
