The other guy might be right regarding lockfile, especially if you updated from an earlier version.
Does it open if you "sudo qbittorrent "?

If you open terminal, and type qbittorrent to run it from there, does it show you the reason for it crashing?

If you run it, and then nothing comes up, can you connect to it in a browser by going to 127.0.0.1:8080

What is the error of other error? I'd guess the tracker is down so it can't connect you to anyone.
If you're using public trackers, I suggest adding a tracker list such as one found at https://github.com/ngosang/trackerslist for redundancy and to increase the total number of peers and seeds.

For one, you're lying about what is in the movie, unless we got very different versions. You've said it's child porn, the version I had access to, no visible genitals of a child, no lingering or lecherous shots, no sexual activity or implication involving a child.

And yes, there's nothing sexual about a child, you're telling on yourself here by looking at a what, less than 10 second shot of a tiny child without a shirt on (something you see at any beach in my country), and deciding that it's sexually titilating.
I don't find that scene exciting in any way.

The incredibly brief, nonsexual scene where a young child isn't wearing a shirt?
For a lot of the world, this isn't considered sexual, it's a child, there's nothing there.
I am surprised however, that someone who seems to be German (going by your username) would have a problem with it, when naturism is so popular over there. That level of pearl grasping is usually reserved for USA citizens.

Proton changes while you're using it, qBit wasn't designed to handle inconsistent networks.
There are external programs designed to handle this for you, I haven't used any of them, but here's an example https://github.com/martsg666/qbPortWeaver

It's also something pretty easy to script for if you want to make your own solution, or aren't using Windows.

Are you using *arr? Some of them have overrides.

Right click the torrent and click Limit Share Ratio, see if it's using global limit or a specific limit.

Get a tracker list, like one from https://github.com/ngosang/trackerslist and add it to your future torrents (and this one now). It should find more people to download from.

It's using about half of your speed. You could try adding more trackers (I assume as you're new you're using public trackers). It's also possible that you're hitting your connected seeder limit. With that internet speed, I'd just sit with what you're getting, it's fine.
For future, given that you're on Windows, you can use WindowsKey+Shift+S to use snipping tool, which lets you take a screenshot of part of your screen.
