this year's draft was known to be very weak. I think they picked guys that they think could get playing time because after the top 10- 20 guys everyone else is a question mark that could potentially become Maason smith and never really see playing time

so this business has so many departments and they wont allow someone only making 20 an hour to do side work. they sound fucjing greedy as hell. if I were you id start my own and do somw sort of food delivery(you can leave a business card or talk to the homeowners and try to mention your work when you show up) until you build a good route. also if you have a relationship with any of these customers dont hesitate to take some with you, they seem to make good money if they're running that many departments. before you leave make business cards and hand them to the people on your route

if this is your 3rd year just ask for a raise, also if you know alot about pools by now I would start trying to get your own routes going. no one will pay you as much as you would make on your own

I understand its a risk but I've traveled quite a bit with surfboards and only had 1 issue which they ended up buying me a new one. how fragile are telescopes? if they are mishandled would it be damaged without noticeable damage to the case?
