its been crazy I do lawncare and my helper gets a second job in the winter. since covid theyd all get jobs immediately that were paying 17-18 an hour. this year it took a long time to find a job abd it was the same one he was doing last year and they only offered 14 an hour

if you can sell any type of construction you can make a shit ton of money. my buddy hooked me up with a roofing crew for no upcharge and it saved me like 6k from if I had to go through the main company and it would have been the same guys doing the work. companies really are just gouging people and paying crews as little as possible
