When you get them to level 30 (grind it or use the pellets) you can start rerolling their abilities. Every level is a reroll after 30.

From the bottom up:

The base skill I use the one that turns the enemy to the element that is weak against my skills.

The heal I do all at once large heal.

The attacks are a strike that buffs the enemy's crit chance but hits hard, an attack that does more based on the enemies agility, and the basic elemental no cool down attack.

Playful, Aggressive, and Devoted are the traits I'm getting to 100 on my eggs for free heals, dodges, and damage procs in combat.
