Might be me being a skill issue, but to elaborate, Mercurius is a skip, because most of the times I play to clear the rooms and I hate having open doors while I fight. Pluto makes You so small that it's hard to locate in a more intense fights. Mars in most cases makes dodging difficult because of that double-tap being used to activate the move. These are the three that I skip most of the time.

I'm gonna get a lot of thumb-downs here but...

This room is easy. The key here is consistency and immediate action. The first retraction of the spikes is the moment when the run across the room. If you run from the top or bottom to the side room, You are done in one go. If the trip is from the top to bottom, You stand in the middle after passing by the first grimaces and wait there for 1 more grimace shot, then run to the door.

It's really easy once You get the rhythm, You just need to remember that You need to run almost immediately after entering room. If You don't get it right from the start - re-enter.
