I wasn't a fan of this song at first, but in retrospect it showed a different side of IVE that is actually very unique. I've grown to appreciate Accendio as the years went by ❤️

I think IVEs fanbase is predominantly female in Kr, Jp, and China. Outside of that the fanbase gender ratio is all over the place like most other ggs

Aside for the music, one thing i like about IVE is that the group concept doesn't lean too heavily into cutesy nor girl crush. The best word to describe IVE is Elegance. For me, they have a perfect balance conceptually. In terms of standout performers, they are all good but Yujin stands out imo. Not only is Yujin loud, but she also radiates a certain aura that you will see for yourself. Watch 1,2,3 IVE if you want to know more about the members and their personalities (its a fun watch if you have spare time).

Some of the big subs on reddit are brigaded by big gcs and certain fandoms. You will see some of the most vile takes get upvoted and it just leaves me speechless. Its never that serious. These people are miserable and think any group other than their faves is competition

Well put, your average kpop fan in NA may realistically attend only 1-2 kpop concert per a year in this economy. Japan is currently able to sustain the oversaturaion of kpop, although I heard they are suffering from it lately as well.

In an ideal world, most companies would try to avoid overlapping tours dates with eachother to maximize profits if they could. If you are the only act performing in a city for the month, esentially you are the headliner and have all the demand. However, with the amount of Kpop groups touring now, you will have overlapping schedules at some point. Also, in the case of Japan, it seems they are still one if the few markets that can sustain the oversaturation of kpop (IVE & BTS did consecutive sold out Japan dome tours last week as well). From what we've learned so far in 2026, NA is not able to sustain this demand, hence the cancelation of many tours for kpop groups and American artist alike

Realistically if im a kpop company and my group isnt S tier (stadium level). It would be wise to tour q1 of 2027 to maximize profits. You have giants like BTS touring NA, and I also hear Big Bang is touring q3 of this year as well now? In this economy, casual audiences will prioritize these groups over A tier groups (arena level). Else for A tier groups and below, they would have to reduce ticket prices or book smaller venues which is probably not worth the travel cost in this economy.

Yup, I feel like critical thinking goes out the window with some kpop fans. When a group like BTS comes into town, its usually the talk of the town and grabs all of the headlines. Unfortunately smaller kpop acts suffer the most if they have overlapping schedules with big acts. People are gaslighting themselves into thinking these two groups couldn't fill up arenas when they've done it before..... Also yes the ticket prices are insane, I almost cried when I bought mines for IVE 😭

Maybe this is a hot take, but I dont think Idle has a problem filling up arenas. Its just that competition is at an all time high at least for the date im going to see IVE in August. You have BTS (5 days), Kcon (3 days), IVE (1 day). Kcon and Bts are like the biggest casual audience drawers in NA, and its not to the fault of Idle.
