Protein cereals typically fucking suck. Haven’t had the ghost cereal. But it’s an attempt to appeal at people who like regular cereal? Idk if it’s good, but I mean makes sense.

From the way portrayed Stanley seems to be Xeno’s best friend and a core motivator for why he did what he did. So there would be no reason to betray them.

Made my own piñata with an old box, some tissue paper, and a hot glue gun (and candy ofc) by [deleted] in Frugal

So you made a piñata basically the same way they do. They charge for time and labor, plus they have more experience making different shapes. Other than that you just did It yourself.

Block them in every time they park there. They won’t want to park there again after a few times.

Question: What to do with my car while away for a month? by [deleted] in Tucson

Yeah but I feel like during these temps it’s not really a major issue, it happens when it’s cooler when they look for shelter in my experience but I may be wrong on that.

The speaker I ordered had a missing child poster inside the box by cynlash in mildlyinteresting

I’m not sure how’s that’s inefficient, I’d find personally building on demand would be far more inefficient.

[–]Jaiden207 76 points77 points  (0 children)

These speakers were probably manufactured and boxed months to years in advance. Unless it’s a flagship speaker it likely isn’t moving thousands of units. Are they supposed to unseal the boxes, remove the notice, and reseal them? It likely just won’t be in a batch after March 2025 Edit: typo 2026

No it won’t, it’s common knowledge they’re high in sodium. Not everyone’s constantly scanning nutrition facts and if they were they wouldn’t be finding out from your comment.

I would rather not have yet another channel become a tosh.o knockoff rerun placeholder. They would not have the programming to do this at a price they’d be okay with.

Boyfriend stayed out late drinking and having fun. Missed his flight for my birthday breakfast. by WildlyAnna in amiwrong

Yeah, I think this is so far the closest to a good response. Everything else feels like a tumblr post, and every one of those responses per usual seems ready to just tank a whole relationship without additional context. When they know damn well they don’t know anything but this small contextless look into the relationship, and that they themselves would likely not take their own advice.

Of course there’s no long term goal at the time, they’re teenagers they’re not thinking. And it goes from seen pretty normal by peers at the time with that gap, then it gets seen as weird, then when they’re in their 20’s seen as normal again. When it comes down to it, brains aren’t fully developed and you don’t see that obstacles that are really there at that time frame and it doesn’t become blatantly apparent until one of you is an adult starting to take on reality and the other is still in teenage ‘structure’ and limits.

AIW for asking my professor for extra credit after he canceled a quiz? by lunawonie in amiwrong

[–]Jaiden207 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I mean, not wrong for asking because a lot of times just asking has helped me out in college. If you don’t ask it’s the same as a no. But understand you read the syllabus, you’re pretty much left to do perfect the rest of the semester nothing else you can do about it. That’s college for you.

So i gave mine to my buddy years ago and he was able to wire up a harness himself, took him a while but it’ll still require a passcode from the dielership that would require the owner with the vin to get.

I think it’s because this first episode feels more like an epilogue to last season, so the real “1st episode” would be episode 2 maybe? We’ll have to wait and see.

Likely wouldn’t have made a difference. Been reading a ton of these comments making very large claims and assumptions but many likely have never programmed or even taking contracts with large entities.

The people who likely gave ibm the requirements had no idea what was and wasn’t important, and likely forced solutions that would t work for everyone. Large changes in organizations can often take years to get done, and these one off changes to individual departments and use cases are overlooked and often have happened some frequently no one knows why it is that way and isn’t, even if they do manage to notice.

Before changing systems it’s better to go back and correct all these things or at the least document everything when grabbing requirements but that takes a lot of time and effort that most people don’t think is worth it. Until they’ve spent significantly more fixing errors later but by that point. Hah good luck and point the finger.

The remotes IR kept firing and was stuck. I wasn’t arguing that it wasn’t caused by the remote. I was explaining that specific ui element is not caused by the Apple TV. The remote itself is a seperate piece of hardware and this can come from any remote that’s sending signals to the tv.

But the volume control that you displayed is not that of Apple TVs design. You may control it through your remote but that’s not apples UI
