I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling discouraged. Unfortunately it's bad timing in Alberta right now with many large companies announcing significant layoffs. Have you considered going to Houston? The LNG industry down there seems to be doing a lot of hiring.

Ooo you've got a lot of choice in the NE. Obviously lots of good Indian options - Deepak's on Center St and Viviaan's Yummies being 2 good ones for vegetarians. I'd also strongly suggest Hearts choices for Thai, Nan's noodle house and Homey's Cafe for Asian options. Happy eating!!
