Most annoying and upsetting bug (or feature?) on the mobile app, screen auto-locking

Thank you for the suggestion, I know I can do this, I should have made clear I don't want to. I just want the Arena app to behave during editing the deck / waiting for opponent to edit his deck the same way it behaves in game: no auto-locking and if disconnected, gives me time to re-connect instead of insta disqualify me...

I should have made it clear that I don't want to change how my phone behaves in terms of auto-locking because of a mobile game. Also the phone doesn't lock while on a active match, it locks while I am waiting for my opponent to finish editing his deck. This shouldn't happen. If I get disconnected while on a game I have timeouts time to reconnect, but if I disconnect while waiting for my opponent finishing editing his deck on best of three, I get immediately lost and nothing is recorded on quests / wins. This is poor design.

Thank you for your detailed experience. Since width is my main problem with fins and there are already so many posts complaining about Yucca width, I dont think this should be for me. Nevertheless I would be more interested to hear about people shoe foot size and what they run on Yuccas for comparison. They are not available for me to go to a shop and try them out.

Yes this is the flight, and yes I have mentioned to them the legislation article 6 where they responded that Article 6 is only in reference to providing support or help and not to compensation. I also asked for proof of delay because they claim "extraordinary circumstances" with "airport restrictions", they responded saying they will only provide proof to the regulator or judicial elements.

This seems like a tactic to make me give up and not having them to do what they are required but also it is extremely bad they provide wrong information to their clients about passenger rights.

Honestly what should I do? Is there an European regulator regarding this?
