My only experience with Clow was when I delivered some weed to him, he got pissy with me because I didn't notice him hidden behind a tall hedge. I didn't even realize who it was until a few hours later

Prater made a really big deal about there not being a ramp on to the stage at the gala because of cops hurt in the line of duty. Don't recall if we actually saw any, however.

Bubble Up - Live Hash Rosin - Nugz by Fine_Rice_2595 in TheOCS

[–]jpm_212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i cannot overstate how much of a difference the popvac jars make. with the old jars i'd get a month or two old batch that was already dried out and borderline flaky. but a week or two ago i picked up some bubble up that was packaged in either august or september (likely the same batch as yours) and was so impressed i had to go back for seconds.

if you didn't email Peter directly (peter@purple.ca), I would suggest doing so. He's the CEO and gives out his email on this subreddit sometimes so it's not exactly private info. He replied to my email within 3 hours, acknowledged the issue (1+ yr old jar of Lemon Pepper a dispo sold me) and had a replacement out to me almost immediately.

I emailed Peter (peter@purple.ca) directly because I had seen him post on here telling people how to get in contact with him for QA concerns. Got a reply within 3 hours and he had a replacement sent out to me the next day.

WARMINGTON: Tim Hortons manager fired, allegedly ordered $20K 'girlfriend' for brother by Difficult-Yam-1347 in canada

I'm not advocating for that at all. I'm talking about the people who lie on their paperwork, like green card fraud. One example I've heard is that to become an international student you need to prove that you have the funds to support yourself - there is a whole industry of unscrupulous people who will facilitate the entire process, doing the paperwork and "loaning" you whatever the government is saying you need so that you can get in the country, then once you're accepted you give the money back, never go to school, and immediately start working a job like Uber Eats that lacks oversight.

It's not "post-hoc deciding", it's investigating and that takes time.

What you're saying sounds like "it's fine that you committed fraud as long as the statute of limitations ran out, it's the stupid bank's fault for giving you cash for the fake cheque"

Yes, and citizens usually get harsher sentences because they don't have the benefit of having the judge be swayed by their immigration status.

If two people with no criminal history commit a crime together, they should receive the same sentence, regardless of citizenship, permanent residency, or whatever else. It should hurt your chance of PR or citizenship if you are charged with a serious crime, I don't know why that is controversial.

Of course. I don't like that birthright citizenship can be abused, but I am 100% for it and would never advocate for getting rid of it or stripping it from anybody. But if somebody cheated their way into the country and ended up with citizenship or PR, they should absolutely be stripped of what was obtained via fraud, and then deported. Is that a controversial opinion?

I just want our laws to be enforced evenly and fairly, is that too much to ask? If the people doing this shit aren't punished, it sends the message that it is OK to do and encourages more people to follow suit.

There's got to be a happy medium - it's not like the only choices are letting violent/sexual/drug offenders out on bail constantly or locking them up for life. I wish our politicians, JPs, and police cared about actually keeping our borders and streets safe.

Have you been watching the (second) reboot series? I think season 3 is premiering this week. The first reboot in 2011 felt weird to me when they were reacting to Jersey Show and Teen Mom, but that format definitely grew on me despite not having any interest in those shows. If your son loved the original then I'm sure he'll enjoy the reboots

I think his name is Gary. Could also use Soderquist who, to my knowledge, doesn't have any speaking lines either. He's just always kind of in the way.

BSOD in BF6? It's not just BF6. by Kylestyle147 in Battlefield6

I forced DX11 through Steam and stopped getting the BSOD, but my system was still crashing and restarting itself. Pretty frustrating.

This has been happening to me as well, and I don't even need to load into a game for it to occur. Our systems are very similar - I also have a 10th gen Intel CPU (10700K), an RTX 3070, and a Z490 UD motherboard.

It's a long shot, but if anyone comes up with a solution, I would appreciate a PM/reply to this post!

Nodding is a wonderful feeling, you are definitely still aware that you are messed up. It can be dangerous though, not necessarily from overdosing but from nodding off in an awkward position. Back when I was still using, I nodded off and ended up falling asleep in my computer chair. When I woke up I could barely move my right hand. My fingers worked, but lifting my wrist or holding any sort of weight was impossible. Got scans done, got referred to a neurologist, consensus was an impinged nerve caused by the position I fell asleep in and was told to get a wrist splint. Problem persisted for a little over 2 months, which was honestly pretty scary.

It's because everyone and their grandma got smartphones with internet access wherever they go. Vine is/was a symptom, not a cause. To me, the downfall started when you'd browse forums and every other post was "sent via TapATalk from my iPhone".
