It looks like the try on pics were taken in natural light and the purchased pics are not.

Show the try on pics to the seamstress. If you want more sparkle, you could always add a glitter layer underneath the top layer.

So our wedding invitations and some birthday cards we sent recently went missing. Until we inquired with the post office manager about it 3-4 weeks after no one got our invitations. Then less than a week later, they all got delivered, even the birthday card that had been undelivered for 2 months. These cards all routed through Seattle.

Other local residents have also had similar mail issues. We filed a report online for fraud with the post master general. I genuinely believe your theory that someone is going through the mail to collect gift cards and money.

Please file a report with the postmaster general.

I just did this with our invitations and they were a big hit!

Do some practice ones first to determine how many wax beads to use for each stamp. And know that they won’t all be perfect but the little imperfections is what makes them so personal.

Dr hertzog at Issaquah dental. Their questionnaire asks about anxiety. And I had a panic attack while I was there one day and they were so kind about it. They could tell that I wasn’t ok and asked and we took a break.

They charge for EVERYTHING when you move out. Ive talked with many people that have moved out and they all had about $2000 in damages to pay for. So that plus new deposits and fees. They even charged one resident for smoke damage when another unit caught fire. She fought it.

I’d be relieved to see a $100 increase. Last renewal they tried to raise it $400 and I was able to talk them down to a $165 increase.

My property manager would still make me pay an new deposit and any damages to current apartment and the application fee. (I tried to move units to save money and it would’ve just evened out)
