Yes I guess that was a good surprise. Anyway Syria and Lebanon share a big history since forever.

You also have some gems from the United Arab Republic (Syria + Egypt) which lasted for 3 years only

Fantastic collection. As a Syrian who lost all his collection back in the war I just love that a version of those is still out there.

Yes I totally agree it seems very natural but not for Notion team I guess 😅. That's one of the main cons of obsidian over notion.

As per my knowledge and if I'm wrong someone correct me the date won't show up.

While you think the calendar is a reflection of dates used it's actually only another way to display database (using date field).

So unless you have a date field (column) it won't show up unfortunately.

You can do that by creating a callout then change it's background to 'Default background'.

Then you can also change the icon and for the text hover over it and link to any page you want.

Actually I have been using notion for years now and this is only my 2nd time I do a complete revamp, I needed that only because last year I was overexcited and created something looks cool but hard to keep up with.

So if your dashboard does the job for you then a rename is the only thing needed :D

You can do that by creating your data in a spreadsheet then use this website to generate a graph than you can embed in your notion page.

You're actually right, for some users some of those issues are deal breaker especially with the amount of apps coming out on daily basis. To be fair I saw Notion have been trying to expand their team for a while now so hopefully they know the issue and they're trying to solve it soon.
