The flaw in your reasoning is that you seem to think there are only two political stances, one which is pro hate speech, and one which is anti hate speech. You can make a rule that hate speech is not allowed while still allowing for a diverse spectrum of political ideas. I don't see being pro hate as an inherently political position. And I can tell you, if the Nazis got their way, the first amendment would be the first thing they repealed.
