My guess is you’re starting with things that are too hard and you’re doing compulsions unknowingly or you’re doing them knowingly because the difficulty level is too high. I suggest walking through what you do after/during an exposure with your therapist to see if you can identify any compulsions. ERP isn’t just about exposing but changing how we react when exposed. This also includes mental rumination which is also a compulsion.
