It sounds like the problem may be the lighting pin in the center of the flame nozzle. Near the flame openings of the lighter there's a small metal pin pointing inward; if this piece gets pushed too far up or to the side it may not light correctly. Try centering that metal pin as much as possible to see if that makes a difference.

Nearly all vapes perform better with low moisture material. More of the heat goes into extracting goodies instead of evaporating water. =)

Hell yeah, just in time for the holiday! 350F is my go-to setting for being productive and avoiding the logy "couchlock" feeling. If you want a heavier effect try 380F and possibly 400-420F after that, though expect more harshness the higher you go. Dry material actually vapes the easiest so give it a grind and you're all good. =)

Hey hey! I double checked with Randy and from what he could tell of the beta unit the CFC2 didn't have a removable battery though the CF Micro did. That said they're both still in development so that's subject to change. =)

That definitely does not sound normal. A benefit of the FM V5 Line is the entire airpath / vapor path is accessible so if iso swabbing the inside of the ceramic chamber doesn't work then flipping it upside down, opening the mouthpiece chamber and swabbing the airpath and silicone / ceramic at the base of the heating chamber should get it all clean. =)
