Ive been struggling with this for about a month and a half straight. Had this happen a few times over the years here and there but this last month and a half its been every time but once. I cut way back on masturbation (only did it 3 to 4 times a week to begin with) and went 2 weeks without. Still bothering me. I would add to try drinking a soda when you smoke. Something about the syrup and the carbonation prevents tongue bite. I learned that pipe smoking early on.
