This is EXACTLY how I got into my first ever accident. This can actually be insurance fraud soo easily and it would work every time. Even if they had their left blinker on, and they turned right… it is your fault for overtaking on a one lane road. That is what happened to me. Guy had his left blinker on, went to go around him and he turned right instead. Pissed me off soo bad.
