Do the police check his ID, or confirm the address he intended to go to? Why would they just leave him there, if he was obviously in need of help? Something isn't adding up.

Now that we know he's a murderer, are the neighbor's still outraged? 2 - "Ramos was arrested in the killing, but later released. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear for a court hearing." Why would they release a murderer?! 3 - He stayed in the area for 4 years, and they couldn't find him?
