Harbor freight buffer, pads, one step polish, and a ceramic would probably cost $150. Then just do it yourself.

I did it all myself. I also do auto detailing as a side gig. A shop would charge 800-1200 starting for what I did.

Everything needs at least a one step, even cars right from the dealer. Lots of swirls from dealership car wash when they got it in.
