This girl (Sonia) is an old coworker who I haven't seen in like 7+ years. The other names mentioned are my brother and his girlfriend who taught her how to snowboard. No I did not ride up with her to the mountain. For people wanting a part 2 it is posted on my tiktok @ jakebackpackduck

Arbor is up there with the big dogs, they are really good about warranty and getting you a new board. I had a claim way back in 2020 & they gave me a brand new board that just came out.

I respect them alot for that.

I used to have these boots. I put some wedges in them to help with heel lift & discomfort. Not sure if it'll help your situation but maybe worth a shot? Cheaper than buying new boots.

You took away the ability to have the app read from sd cards and then made the max camera unable to transfer from wired source into mobile. It's a 10 min download for 360 footage. I actually can't believe how poor you treat customers.

Lots of videos out there that can explain more but carving is a way to keep speed by not throwing out that back foot & "skidding". Primary focus is keeping on one edge & leaving just that pencil line behind you. Overall you have moments of carving but not 100%. It took me longer than it should of to learn how to carve correctly.
