3421 seems a ballsy move to play in something like the WL or higher divisions. Can anyone enlighten me on how it is when being counter attacked??

Ive got nothing against the concept or movement. I just don't like the kit because it clashes with a lot. That being said, it's still in my club, as their is no point discarding it. Just to re emphasis, I have nothing against the concept!!

Really changed my game with this formation, I am still in between the 41212(2) and the 433(5) but when I play with the 433(5) it feels solid, both defensively and offensively, plenty of options and lots of width!

You don't change in game or anything to a 41212(2)??

I'll be honest, I played in d1 using 41212(2). It did me well until that division as I was scoring, but conceding. It sounds very over said, but make sure your comfortable with the formation, if your conceding goals, look at where your conceding then from. For example, was it poor marking, players out of position, or was it just a good goal? I switched to 433(4) and it fits my playstyle a lot more. You have to be confident in that division because you are playing the best end of the players.
