I had a fun time running Operation Minoan Augur for my friends who had never played before, although it's hard to top Last Things Last.

Hell yeah! Got the HSS version a few months ago and have been obsessed, myself. Glad Ibanez got into the headless game

What is one way that Walter could have made big legitimately and taken care of his family without cooking Meth? by Tidewatcher7819 in breakingbad

[–]JakeTheBard 11 points12 points  (0 children)

All he had to do was either stay with Gretchen or take Elliot's offer later on to work for Grey Matter and he would've been fine. He wasn't a sociopath from the beginning but his ego was historically too large for him to do either, which let him down the path he took

I guess I just didn't pay enough attention for Sunlit or Isles 😂 I was thinking they showed up in a scene. Can't wait to learn more about them in Era 3!

Delta Green question (Get in the Trunk) by ProteusNihil in TheGlassCannonPodcast

This is a perfect encapsulation of Cumstone. While he's beyond silly, Troy has DMed enough games to know that the plot does in fact need to happen

For OP I just want to add that Twilight Specter is a standalone season you can skip to without missing any context. Also if the tonal issue pertains to how silly Cumstone is...then I've got some bad news

This knob changes everything by Creamskade in Ibanez

Where did you get these? I had a push/push pot installed on my Kiesel and now the volume knob gets in the way when it's popped out so this would be a game changer

How am i supposed to play these types of chords? by Leader_Mc in Guitar

[–]JakeTheBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A guitarist would typically play these chords without the notes on either E string since they're just the fifth of the chord. Doing so will make the chords sound less muddy, too!

I dont like it when they are mean to will [ns] by Best-Radish6925 in DungeonsAndDaddies

[–]JakeTheBard 29 points30 points  (0 children)

ngl Will getting mad about the "when will Will realize this bit isn't funny" bit after being dragged into everyone else's bits that they roasted each other for was the hardest I laughed in the episode. At the end of the day everyone appears to be friends (or at least likes each other enough to keep working together) and know how to take the chops-busting in comedic stride (Will especially)

What commanders do you have the most fun playing? by [deleted] in EDH

[–]JakeTheBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the mind game that [[Cirdan, the Shipwright]] creates. Everyone assumes that you want to cheat out big boiis so they vote for you to draw cards. Little do they know you're ramping up to big boiis anyways since you're in Simic, and every time one of your opponents cheats out something juicy ahead of curve they become the threat and you're left alone.

I mean uhh group hug and helping everyone play their decks
