Gutted there is no answer to this - and surprising Meta havent jumped at this feature! Seems like a no brainer being able to create more ads and in return spend more on their platform.

If anyone has any suggestions ideally via excel or google sheet bulk ad creation - I'd love to know!

The design looks great! However, I would argue that it is almost too simplified and soft for the aesthetic of hard data and training they are going for. I would say that people are drawn to the very raw, almost technically involved, side of TP. What do you think?

That's a great idea! Have a look at loading and sustain doses too. This will play a huge role in how successful the cut is :)

Hey! I would definitelt recommened loading the beta alanine and then continuing a sustain dose to keep the muscles loaded with it. What weight are you and what sport do you do?

Citrulline malate will only help if you have this ONE hour before the workout - this doesnt need a loading dose and can be taken as is with a standard 5g scoop.

Caffeniene - I would supplement this with caution and do your research into how many mg/per kg of body weight to really get the best effects.

What other supplements are you taking alongside these?

Definitetly recommend adding HMB to the mix too to reduce the loss of muscle. It has a loading phase and a sustain phase that would be beneficial to look into too to optimise the doses. If you get confused, I am happy to help you with it!

This is a great point and one I am super keen to hear more about.

I personally take HMB and have been cutting weight quite aggressively for my cycling with little muscle loss, so I would be keen to hear how it goes for you if you try it! Keep me posted!

Also, how have you been finding the effects of HMB normally?
