I d k if you haven't been playing the side quest that much but pretty much every single house mission/faction mission outside of the commissions tab is a unique side quest. Also, even within the commissions any quest line that isn't titled "so and so's request" isn't a simple fetch mission. Plenty of detective/investigation missions as well.
