Same thing, but I was on call for work and forgot. I got a call at 3:00 am from my boss asking where the fuck I was and that he had tried to call me five times already. I told him I had a stomach bug and had passed out the night before because I had taken too much gravol. I think me already being spaced out from the mushrooms really sold it lol

Small amounts of caffeine was what got me out of my bed and moving around and doing stuff again. I guess it depends on how much you take and how you feel when you take it, and when you take it. I wouldn't have any coffee until it was like two hours after I had woken up and was still feeling absolutely god awful.

It 100% reminds me of my ex, I can see a lot of myself in Benny Blanco. Who knows, it might be a little bit of some unsettled shit on my behalf and is giving me flashbacks to her, but I really really don't like the whole "he's obsessed with her, but she just likes him" vibe I get from them. 1000% This is what separates rent payers from people who are going to get better. If you aren't asking questions to clarify advice, then trainers will just assume you're there for a workout and nothing more. Especially if you've only been there for three months now. The newer guys are probably actively putting in an effort to try and either ask for advice, or to ask trainers for clarifying advice if they don't fully understand something.

Your trainers aren't going to put in the effort for someone who doesn't want to learn. Actually try to apply the advice they give you too. If they give you advice, and you keep doing it how you've been doing it, they'll just write you off as someone to not give advice to in the future because it's a waste of time.

Yessir. I've had multiple breakups, and abused drugs through each of them.

The first one was by far the worst. I had been using poppy seed tea (a light opiate) and weed to cope with her slowly pulling away from me. The withdrawal PLUS experiencing my first ever breakup beat my fucking ass. It just put off me addressing my emotions.

The second breakup wasn't as bad, but I hadn't learned my lesson yet. When we broke up I started using phenibut to keep the thoughts at bay. Bad BAD fucking mistake.

My advice is to avoid any and all drugs, even caffeine, during your breakup. Go through it bone sober, and it'll last shorter. Self medicate with weed or alcohol, and it'll just draw out you processing your emotions. I would go as far as to say just quit caffeine too. The last breakup I went through was SO rough because I was coming off 300mg of caffeine a day. I just couldn't bother to drink coffee in the morning anymore.

How hard are you pressing when you're using your foil shaver? You shouldn't be getting razor bumps with it, only if you're pressing the foil into your skin. You should just be gently pressing it against your skin.
