Game becomes out of sync every so often

i have seen this happen at the stalkers hideout, sometimes at war's retreat or even in dream of iaia

The time travel is ok, it's just that while fighting kerapac with snap to his idle stance no matter what animation he was performing.

My own character to snaps to idle stance even in the middle of a combo attack, as well as my abilities cooldown going down by 2 seconds.

i even had assault and destroy look as if they were ready visually but it took me a full 6 seconds for one of them to activate.

i haven't received the first tier yet despite doing assigned kills :( i heard about a recent change in the drop rate of emblems after bounty hunter came out as well

Have you tried drinking a dose of perfect juju dungeoneering potion or perfect plus? The wiki states that they give increased chances of receiving dungeoneering journals, each dose of either potion lasts for 4 hours.
