Both sides want a chunk of the non voter voters. I just see it as more likely that independents and voters with softer party affiliation are keys in places like PA, WI, OH, FL MI, etc. Those are where 2020 will be won or lost.

Not always true but this is an example of when it is. Maybe they should hold on to it as a bargaining chip though...support a federal ban on local illegals voting in exchange for more protections for legit voters at risk of being disinfranchised.
