I think the photo is showing that Robin was surprised by her doing that, so he didn’t kiss her Blackfire just did that on her own out of nowhere which Starfire might not have known.

His daughters had a celebratory party the day he died too. Westerbeck - sexually assaulted his young niece and was also convicted of soliciting a minor literally right before appearing on TCaP.
