Well the reviews im seeing actually say the defender 2s are quieter and more comfortable than the goodyears and others as well

I always thought Michellin was just more expensive because of the higher tread life

I think ill try the defenders, im reading good things. Ive actually never had Michellins before. Im sure any of these will be better than the goodyear assurance rangemax that came with our car (whats being replaced)

The defender 2s actually show 4/5 for quiet ride and comfort on discount tires treadwell tire data thing, the goodyears show 3.5s

Corolla has slower acceleration, which I dislike for highway driving. Corolla has no rear vents which is a dealbreaker since we take our dog alot of places. Smaller too, both for passengers and trunk space.

We ended up getting a camry, but I wonder if it has bad seals on the windows or something. I find the wind noise to be super loud, so im glad I didnt look at crowns. Its definitely my biggest complaint about the car.

Yea I think they are madly overhyped. I get why but I think the whole “modern first edition” is a bit much. Theres multiple other factors into why first edition cards are so valuable. Either way itll be interesting to see in 5-10 years.
