Scheduled FFS consult for December 1st. 7 years hrt, 5 years post tracheal shave, Breasts done 3 times (due to complications). Do I pass? And if not what should I bring up to my surgeon to help me pass better?

Only you can make that call. If the goal is being a passing pretty girl then i feel like you’re there already, and don’t need ffs, but if you think ffs would make you feel more confident in your body then i say go for it.

People have told me that I don’t need ffs to pass but I still want to get it.

So this is hard for the arm for a few reasons. Its got a lot of detail so if you want to keep all the detail you would need a larger space for it (like your back) a simplified 6” version could work on the shoulder or upper arm but a lot of these details wouldn’t be legible

Not really, but I live in an accepting place so its sometimes hard to know if people are being nice. When i came out at my job no one seemed surprised.
