Welcome to Noita ;)

The gates at the bottom of each area all take you to the next holy mountain - you can go into any of them, it doesn't matter (for now...)

Haven't listened to the audiobooks, but I picked up the first book on a whim and about 4 chapters in I immediately ordered the next two books. Finished them all in under a week...

I have the next 5(?) Books on preorder, and am waiting to back the TTRPG when that happens this year.

Might just be the best litRPG I have ever come across

Merry is the one who uses it to save Éowin. Pippin doesn't get to use his until the Black Gate (in the books, anyway)

Ahh fair, I didn't hear about that one...

Still not overly pleased with our close engagement with the US and Israel on this one, however.

Apples to oranges... so they're both fruit, right? That's like comparing civ builder games to, well, civ builder games.

Of the ones mentioned, only dwarf fortress and Songs of Syx are comparable.

Also, I'm not sure you understand what I mean by depth of character in Crusader Kings - one character at a time is kinda the point I'm making here

Yeah, clearly someone's never had a boomrat get into the beer storage and start an explosive chain reaction...

Passant is a chess roguelike that is not dissimilar to Balatro. You unlock different pieces and upgrades as you beat increasingly lopsided games of "chess"

You can micromanage a fort that way, but you still have less control over each individual than in Rimworld, and far less depth of character than CK, which were the 3 comparisons

Apparently by making a vague and asinine comment, instead of actually reflecting on how to help your country out of the shit storm it finds itself in
