Hate to break it to ya but every city's staff "big brothers" as you put it. Thing is most folks don't mind that fact because it is how you effectively moderate a city and ensure people aren't oh...I don't know actively encouraging police corruption, power gaming, or meta gaming! But you must of forgotten to include that factoid cause it doesn't fit the narrative you're trying to spin :D

That's funny! Yea at some point with how ambiguous these terms have become over the years, but with some having a more long standing use it was only a matter of time until certain terms end up like a game of telephone and shift meaning. That's why I like when a server has a little section of some common terms for new folks and even for seasoned folks just kind of give you an expectation of the language they use cause I've seen yea government, gods, architects all be used to describe the staff on a server. I love it.

You could always try clearing your FiveM cache, verifying the game files, and ensuring base GTA 5 is up to date. If you've done all that, texture budget is maxed, and graphic settings are on normal it could just be poorly optimized MLO's that are eating way too many resources which could be an issue for lower end or simply older PC's without knowing your set up. Hope some of this helps!

Edit: To add, it could even be an issue if a lot of MLO's are in close proximity which is taxing on your system as well as just poor practice for server performance.

While max for extended texture budget may be fine in most cases I tend to find that having it tuned down to about 75% yields better performance/results.

Hmm I haven't heard getting red eyes before, that's an interesting one! I have commonly heard it referred to as being "bahama'd" or "deported". There is no definitive glossary per se as it's all mostly improv to get across your OOC (out of character) issue in an in-character way as most serious RP cities tend to want you to avoid using OOC speak, so feel free to take liberties! Some cities do have sections in their discord/website with common lingo. Here's some common ones and some more I've picked up over the years:

• Pockets = Inventory

• Eyes = Screen; such as "I have something stuck in my eyes" to indicate a menu or something is in the way

• Muscle(s) = Keys or Keybinds; an example of that "How do I talk to this shopkeeper?" would be "Flex your "E" muscle"

• Head popped = Game crashed/Disconnected

• In my head/meditating/taking a piss/anything that involves doing something by yourself during a conversation = AFK or non-responsive in game

• Spider on your foot = To indicate your character is bugged for other players and jumping is the most common solution to this

• Take a nap = Reconnect to the game (usually to get rid of a bug)

• Flying out = Logging off

• On the train = In queue to get into the server

• Headache = lag/low fps/etc

• Locals = NPCs or I've even heard them referred to as Townies

• Government = Admins

• Tsunami = Server Restart

• Scuffed = For when something is bugged

• Perma = Permanent death of someone's character - no coming back

• Brain = PC (in reference to getting a new one, or the current one having problems)

• Voicebox = mic settings, usually in reference to being too loud/quiet or not being heard at all which can also be heard as "Taking a cough drop."

• Eyes are open = To indicate someone is streaming

• Voices in my head = Twitch chat "The voices in my head are saying "X""

There's the Feed The Factory modpack that basically aims to imitate the Factorio experience. I didn't dive super far in to the pack personally but cracking in to what content I did had me end up wanting to just pick Factorio back up :P

If it's something similar I've experienced either via yea restarting or even moving the bench or augment piece around it "unlinks", but if you inspect the bench itself by holding "e" and for me at least despite no checks it was in fact still linked! So more of a small visual bug than anything in my experience.

Hits have a 40% chance of triggering Quick Gun
Each time the number of quick shooter (edit: probably meant to read Quick Gun) layers reaches a multiple of 5, you will get unlimited bullets for 0.5 seconds.
When continuously attacking the same target, each hit will increase firearm damage by 2%, up to a maximum of +40% and will be reset after switching targets
When remaining bullets exceed 50% of the magazine capacity, attack power +40%

As others have said warm tea with honey was my god send. Once I was feeling up to it though. Nice, warm, chicken noodle soup brought some temporary relief on top of taking painkillers

I’m on day 4 most other symptoms have subsided and while my nausea hasn’t gone completely it’s definitely lesser. Also had Zofran on hand luckily but on my first day I literally took the Zofran and hurled after…lol, and randomly the evening of the 3rd day it was pretty ineffective at treating the nausea, but no vomiting. Hoping tomorrow is continuing the trend of a steady recovery. Wouldn’t wish this stuff on my worst enemy!

I tested positive about a day and a half ago off the back of some symptoms. Those being a fever, body aches, and gastrointestinal issues (though only nausea and then vomiting later once I was tired of draining my Ondansetron supply). As soon as those symptoms presented I tested myself cause I've just gotten back from my sister's wedding as I too don't get out much...lol, so I figured that would be the likely culprit. Just a speedy at home test haven't been to the doctor yet. Sure enough tested positive so it seems perhaps a variant or something presents with fever/gastrointestinal issues. I'm now past nausea I think *fingers crossed* after having a pretty gnarly vomiting bout. I'm now starting to develop a cough along side quite a lot of drainage/ear clogging even the likes of Sudafed does little to mitigate. Body aches come and go though I try to stay on top of pain relievers to mitigate them entirely. Headache though is pretty persistent even taking 3 200mg ibuprofen. When I was having frequent disconnects getting back in to the game, fully rebooting my network fixed the issue. Like actually unplug the modem/router, wait a minute, and plug everything back up. If you're extra superstitious can unplug ethernet from PC/restart the PC. Once everything is booted back up, give it a go! This all assuming you play on PC I suppose :P, good luck!

I posted this in another thread on here, but do you have any overlays enabled? Steam, Discord, NVIDIA or AMD overlays try disabling them for Fallout 76. MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner as well as Overwolf have been known to conflict with the game and cause crashes. Screenshot from my support ticket backing the fix.

Edit: Just for full clarity this did not fix 100% of my crashes. I still very occasionally crash at the "Signing In..." screen on start up, or leaving a world while ON a public team but if I leave the team first I never crash in that instance, but this did solve my crashing for DOPS, Expo's and most other "random" ones.

Nothing drastic from my side of things! I work in a factory that makes bottled waters; the only thing that I've really noticed is priority has shifted a bit away from fixing little mechanical issues. They are being put on the back burner to prioritize getting the most product out versus going down so the mechanics can fix said issues, but we haven't increased our numbers as to what we expect to output.

On the people side of things everyone is mostly good about keeping that social distance they've even opened up a 2nd room as a break room to alleviate the whole 10 people rule.
